Payment options, rules of the trade, and shipping information

1. The online ordering option is only available for people using:
   VISA credit card
   Mastercard credit card
   American Express credit card
   Discover credit card
   Existing PayPal accounts (with enough funds if credit card funding is not available)
   
   Any other form of payment (check, money order, cash, wiring, etc., see #2) requires you to make your own list of prints you want (e-mail order), and then e-mail it to me at moonchild @ wolfbeast.com. Make sure you use a valid from/reply-to address when mailing
2. Other forms of payment and their information:
   
   • Checks: Most types of checks are very hard to cash. They require signing the check over to the bank, who will send it to the issuing bank for confirmation and transfer of the money, after which the recipient gets the money. Apart from this taking three weeks or more, it is also subject to very high fees. This is why using checks is strongly discouraged
   • Money Order: Money Orders written out in Euro should be OK to get cashed. However, since the nearest cashing point is not local, it may take a while for your order to be completed once the money order is received. It is also hard to say in advance if a money order of a certain type is considered valid. The only currently confirmed type in this class is a Western Union Money Transfer, but be aware that the fees for these are high.
   • Cash: Cash is always good, but make sure you send it in Euro and mailed registered mail and please also make sure the cash is properly conceiled. Bills only, please. No coins!
   • Wiring electronically: This is a fast, secure transaction done from bank to bank directly. To make things run smooth, you need some detailed information you have to take with you to your local bank office to make the transfer. Please e-mail me to get the necessary details.
     Wire transfers within the EU are, or should be, free of charge for both sender and recipient if a few conditions are met: The transfer is done in Euros, the IBAN and BIC of the recipient are mentioned and the fee structure is shared (SHA). If your bank charges you a fee for these transactions, change bank. No kidding.
     Very important: Make sure, if you are NOT in the EU, that all duties and fees have been paid by you on top of the amount due.
     This can vary per bank and per country, but there should always be an option to pay both local and remote fees when placing a transfer order at your bank. Ask your clerk for details.
3. Prints will only get sent after payment has been confirmed, and in full. If , for whatever reason, the net amount received is less than the order value, the shipment will remain on hold until the full amount has been paid.
4. If you place an order, either by e-mail or online, you make an agreement with the seller to buy the items you state you want. Once you confirm the order on-line, or send me the e-mail with requested items, they will be reserved for you, and you will be obligated to fulfill your end of the deal. Using this site's ordering facility or sending me an order in e-mail states that you have agreed to be bound to such an agreement.
5. The prints will be shipped to you, in a protective case (type of case depending on type of prints and amount), at the first convenience after your payment has been completed. The shipping rate is a flat fee of € 6.50, regardless of the number of prints, and regardless of your location! The prints will be sent airmail/priority mail.
   They will not be insured unless you specifically state you wish them to be (at additional cost), nor will they be sent through a registered service unless stated (at additional cost too). If you wish to use any of these additional services, you have to order by e-mail, since the online ordering does not facilitate the extra costs. For some countries, using a registered service is strongly advised.
   With using the online ordering, you therefore acknowledge that you cannot use any additional shipping service, and the ordered item(s) will be sent the standard way as outlined above.
